Full Service Design is the most in depth service and can be done virtually or in person. Full service design is also available for both commercial and residential spaces. No matter the project, Casa Linda will be there there every step of the way - from design concepts to construction, to installing and bringing your new space to life. With full service design, the design service will be tailored to you and your project needs.

Phase 1 focuses on the design intention and is where the vision for all spaces begins. Design concepts and 3D renderings will be presented for your approval so that we can align on the vision for your space. A purchasing list will also be presented with all proposed items linked, so that priorities and budgets can be agreed upon early on.

Once the design intentions are clear, we will move onto Phase 2 and focus on materials. Samples will be presented to show the vision in a way that you can see and feel. Once samples are confirmed, your detailed purchasing list will be completed.

For construction projects, all design specs will be converted into construction documents that you can simply hand over to your contractor for comprehensible execution. Construction control meetings will be scheduled as part of this Phase.

The final phase is where the design intention becomes reality. Once everything that has been purchased arrives, we come in to place everything exactly where it needs to go. All furnishing, art, lighting, and decor will be placed and styled to perfection, leaving you with a complete space that you are proud to call yours!
